Refund policy
This policy applies to paid training arranged with Develtechhub Digital. Website pricing is informational; invoices are issued offline.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the programme start date and no cohort materials have been released to you. Partial refunds may apply when cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before start, typically 50% of fees paid, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the payment date or before the programme mid-point, whichever comes first, except where Hong Kong law requires a longer window.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Full refunds require unused access and timely notice. Partial refunds account for seats held and preparation already completed. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Non-refundable items
Completed private facilitation days, custom packet reviews already delivered, and third-party venue deposits (when booked at your request) are non-refundable. Digital template packs marked as standalone purchases are non-refundable once download links are issued.
Refund process
Email contact@develtechhub.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two Hong Kong business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 Hong Kong business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation by learner
You may cancel by email. Moving to a later cohort is preferred when seats remain; transfers requested fewer than 7 days before start may incur an administrative fee of HKD 300.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-imposed restrictions affecting attendance may qualify for extended transfer windows at our discretion. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
