Notes from cohorts and live review weeks

Feedback is lightly edited for clarity. Names appear as learners preferred to share them.

Operating Review Audit Foundations forced our studio to stop treating the auditing app as a dumping ground. The Week 5 packet assembly checklist is now pinned in our ops channel. I still find the currency conversion exercise thin for hubs billing in both HKD and USD, but the rest of the cycle held.

Shared Workspace Controls finally explained why our dual approval kept bouncing. Short and specific.

“Desk Check Intensive cut our exception queue in half before March reviews.”

Listing-style note from a hardware incubator client

We joined for Vendor Trail Mini Lab only. It is small, but the onboarding evidence checklist stopped three vendors from entering review week without payment references.

Client in coworking operations

Ada’s office hours during Cycle Map access answered questions our internal wiki never covered—especially how to label versions when a board pack goes out twice.

Case studies

Harbour-side incubator · four cost centres

Before Cycle Map, each floor rebuilt spreadsheets the night before operating reviews. After Foundations and one private dry-cycle, the hub used native app exports with a shared variance note template. Finance still requests a manual FX spot-check, which the team now schedules two days earlier instead of inventing a new file format.

Multi-studio ledger merge

Two development studios sharing one financial auditing app enrolled six seats under Hub Ledger. Shared Workspace Controls reduced conflicting permission edits. The limitation they reported: historical projects older than eighteen months were left out of the dry-cycle by design, so legacy cleanup remained an internal project.
